Buckeye restaurant fire suppression system
Buckeye-developed Kitchen Mister fire suppression systems are designed to protect restaurant cooking equipment, hoods, and their ventilation ducts.

The systems offer a cost-effective and easy-to-maintain solution for the challenging fire risks in commercial kitchens. The piping is made of high-quality AISI304 compression joint pipe. Installation is faster than with competing equipment.
The system’s four core functions:
- Automatic fire suppression
- Manual fire suppression
- Disconnects electrical power
- Disconnects gas supply
The operation is based on the effective spraying of a wet chemical fire suppressing agent, which both cools the flammable liquid and forms a foam layer on top of the grease, preventing re-ignition. The system activates automatically at pre-defined temperatures and can also be manually triggered in emergency situations.
