Properties with a high fire risk

Foam-based extinguishing is used, in particular, when:

• extinguishing the fire with water is not possible
• the storage and processing of flammable liquids is involved.

The fire risk of the property being protected may be high, and a water-based sprinkler system is not suitable as an extinguishing system. A foam-based extinguishing system helps in protecting facilities where flammable liquids are used and stored and industrial production facilities.

In foam equipment, solutions that allow testing the equipment without actuating it are preferred. This spares the environment and reduces the maintenance costs.
