Open Position, Project Engineer Data Center -projects

We are looking for a solution-oriented Project Engineer to strengthen our team in demanding Data Center projects in Southern Finland. In this role, you will play a key part on our construction sites, acting as a seamless link between the client and site personnel. Your mission is to ensure that projects progress with high quality, safely, and on schedule. Your workdays will be diverse and filled with active project management, communication, and precise documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management: Active coordination of our operations on site, immediate response to changing situations, and swift resolution of emerging challenges.
  • Communication and Information Flow: Close cooperation with clients, other subcontractors and suppliers, responsibility for seamless information flow, and participation in project meetings based on the project phase.
  • Documentation: Responsibility for up-to-date and precise site documentation and the fulfillment of specified quality requirements.
  • Schedule Management: Tracking project progress to guarantee the timely delivery of milestones within agreed project plan.

What We Expect from You:

  • Experience in Site Work: Good experience in working in construction, commissioning, or installation projects in construction or technology industry.
  • Language Skills: Fluent communication skills in English (both verbal and written) and good proficiency in Finnish. Other language skills are considered an advantage.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment where situations evolve and decisions must be made quickly.
  • A careful and systematic approach to work, maintaining efficiency even under pressure.
