Firecon Group Oy joins APi Group

As a result of the transaction, Wtech Fire Group and its subsidiaries, including Firecon Group Oy, become part of APi Group’s international organization.

APi Group is a NASDAQ-listed global company providing fire protection, security, and specialty contracting services, primarily across North America and Europe.

Business Operations Continue as Normal in Finland

The transaction does not affect Firecon’s day-to-day operations in Finland. All ongoing projects, customer relationships, and contracts, as well as the company’s personnel and local decision-making, will remain unchanged.
